Spring seems to have arrived very suddenly this year, and about a week early. In the spirit of the season, here are a couple of pictures from the park this past week. I was there to visit the library…and snapped a couple of shots too.
Most of the trees have already gone to leaf, but I got this one still in bloom.
And I got a picture of this little guy, without disturbing his dinner!
Have a nice weekend. 🙂 Visit At Home with Books for more Saturday Snapshots.
That tree is so pretty! The trees around here have been blooming this past week and it’s been a lovely surprise.
I just love the fact that on the other side of the world you are capturing the first photos of autumn, while we are waiting for some warm spring weather to arrive – but leaves on trees are in bud, and there seem to be plenty of flowers blooming, so it does seem as if winter is almost gone. It’s still too warm here to be showing you our autumn pics, but I love that the other side of the world is experiencing Spring (one of my favourite seasons of the year…the other is autumn 🙂
I can’t wait to see some blooms. These are lovely and leaving me longing for spring to arrive here in Michigan soon.
Great minds think alike…lol; today I visited the neighborhood park and enjoyed some nature. Thanks for sharing yours, and for visiting my blog.
Spring must be a welcome relief. I always love seeing squirrels, as we don’t have any in Australia.
Love that purple tree.
Cute squirrel.
THANKS for sharing.
